Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text our office at 623-271-2364. Appointments may also be cancelled or re-scheduled via your online booking portal (Aesthetic Record) 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please be aware that there may be limited availability.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to your deposit(s) per treatment booked. All deposits or cancellation fees are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment (No-Show), you will be charged a no-show fee equal to your deposit(s) per treatment booked. All deposits or cancellation fees are non-refundable.
