Neurotoxins are prescription medications indicated for temporary improvement of wrinkles. These neurotoxins block neuromuscular activity that causes muscle contractions which lead to formation of wrinkles. Neurotoxins can also be used to prevent fine lines.
Your visit will include a consultation where we will assess your anatomy, discuss product selection, and your goals. Neurotoxins are injected into the muscle in areas such as the forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet. The onset of neurotoxins is about 7-10 days with full effect at 14-21 days.

There is about a two-week period where you may experience tenderness, swelling, asymmetry, or bruising. Keep this in mind if you have a special event coming up.
